Amir Khan's 3 Idiots created a record in the box office by grossing over 339 crores worldwide and it was one of the best movies of this decade. Soon Kollywood was buzzing with news of remake of that movie and controversies and ego clashes came along with it. The surprising twist to this whole saga was when it was announced that Director Shankar is going to direct this remake.
